Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of WILMA Women’s Health Centre will be held on zoom:

on 21 October 2024 at 5:00pm to transact the usual business as well as considering a special resolution:
That the name of the association be changed from Women in the Local Macarthur Area Women’s Health Centre to Women in the Local Macarthur Area (WILMA).

This Notice has been made available on the WILMA Women’s Health Centre website and may be accessed at the URL https://www.wilma.org.au/

Voting Information:
As this is a special resolution, in accordance with our constitution, the resolution will require approval by at least 75% of the votes cast by members present and entitled to vote at this meeting.
